Brad is the Founder and CEO of the award-winning team at The Outperformer.

Brad has built The Outperformer management consulting practice since its birth in 2016, today with dedicated divisions across ‘enterprise’ projects, ‘team’ projects and ‘business advisory’ to small and mid-tier businesses. He pioneered the ‘Co-Design’ framework for change solutions in this time, integrating the capabilities of consultants with their clients and with a deep focus on ‘measurable, implemented results’ at the centre of all projects. Brad’s role has him working with businesses and leaders across Europe, Africa and Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

The Outperformer was awarded Education & Training Program of the Year in 2018 and Finalist for Professional Development Program of the Year in 2019 and 2020. Brad has also been featured in the Australian Finance Review, SmartCompany, The Sydney Morning Herald, Acuity and other publications for his perspectives and research on business, transformation and insights around the future of work.  

He is also the host of Real Talk with Outperformers which has featured many high profile guests in the fields of Business Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Outstanding Achievement across various arenas.
