As Head of Accounting for Intuit Quickbooks, Shaye leads the team responsible for supporting the success of our accounting and bookkeeping partners through cloud accounting solutions and modern practice digitalisation.

Shaye was previously responsible for building a future-fit accounting division for one of Australia’s most prominent mid-tier firms, creating a premium client experience through an obsession with tech-enabled client delight.

As an FCA with a long history in public practice, Shaye is obsessed with the potential for the accounting profession to have a profoundly positive impact on the lives of small business clients everywhere.

Brad is the Founder and CEO of the award-winning team at The Outperformer, a management consultancy offering strategic business change business advisory services to a diverse range of large corporates and teams. Brad has worked with the accounting and finance profession for 15 years and developed the Business Advisory Accelerator concept for CA ANZ, which was created around best-practice frameworks and models that are applied in his practice by his team and leading advisory firms.

Brad’s work has spanned across large scape organisations such as Bacardi, Woolworths, University of Sydney, Novo Nordisk, NEXTDC, Reckitt Benkiser, Sanofi, Wespace and many others, as well as many successful SME organisations. He has featured in Australian Finance Review, Sydney Morning Herald, Accountants Daily, CFO University, Acuity and many other publications on the future of work, automation, finance and accounting, and business culture.
